I recently visited Pakenham Dental Clinic with my son, and I must say we had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive to our needs, making my son feel completely at ease during his visit. The clinic's clean and welcoming atmosphere added to the positive experience. I came to the practice as a new client - new to both Australia and Pakenham - with tooth pain. I had not been to see a dentist for many years, and Dr Rose Mathew was really lovely. As a new patient, she gave me a full examination and x-rays, and I ended up having to have a small filling. The procedure was painless and Dr Mathew made sure to keep checking that I was doing ok throughout. 5 Star rating and I will definitely be back. Thank you ~ Kathryn A

My first time at this fantastic service having recently moved from the UK . I have fairly complex long term medical and dental needs which can affect my care by some dentists but this was not a problem for this very professional dental team here! It was my first time there. Actually first time at the dentist after decades. I went for a check up and a clean. The place is new, looks clean. Dr Rose instructions on dental care were very clear. Most of all it's only place I could find with a reasonable price. So I'll be there for my next detal visit too. ~ Bhagya J
